The HTS Server 08 Integration Team provides three Integration Solutions:

• Server 2000/03 Conversion to 2008: 
  In this scenario, a business running on Windows 2000 or 2003 Servers wishes to fully upgrade to 2008 Servers and then retire the old servers.  The Conversion includes transferring all data to the new servers, promoting proper servers as Domain Controllers, reinstalling all databases and software, and ensuring access from all client workstations.         
   
• Server 2008 Addition:
  This situation evolves adding a Windows 2008 Server to your existing Windows Based Network.  The 2008 server can be configured as a Member Server, Domain Controller, or take on other functions like a File Server, Print Server, or Data Backup and Protection Server.
       
• Server 2008 Virtual Migration:
  In this scenario, a new Windows 2008 Server is added to the Network as a Member Server running Hyper -V.  Then, existing Windows 2000 or 2003 servers are migrated or imported to the new host server.  This scenario, also known as Physical to Virtual (P2V) migration is an ideal way to retire older servers where no clear migration solution is offered by key software partners.
